I’m a freelance art & cultural critic and creative writer from London.
I enjoy deconstructing what appears to be normalised or subconsciously internalised in popular culture, and how we present / understand ourselves through media, art, fashion, identity etc.
My culture writing includes features, opinions, reviews, and interviews. I was previously a contributing writer for FAD Magazine, contributing editor for print zine Art of Conversations, and I was on the Editorial Board at South London Gallery. I also have a first class bachelors degree in history of art & cultural theory.
My fiction writing includes short stories and poetry. I am a potential candidate for the Creative Writing Masters at Goldsmiths University.
Outside of writing, I am a digital strategist for Sky, gallery assistant at 155a Gallery, and I run creative writing workshops for young people at The Baytree Centre.
Please don’t hesitate to get in contact for any commissions (no ask is too small!)
